You asked for it, you got it. More Paul Anthony and ZXX has arrived, and this time they cover the Jungle Brothers’ “I’ll House You.” This rivals my favorite Paul Anthony and ZXX remix of Daft Punk’s “Around The World.” Just take a gander at this latest remix - when the bassline kicks in around two minutes it starts to rock, then the vocal bumps back in with rolling hi hat patterns that just set the whole track off. I cannot wait to play this at Crobar Saturday night.

I think it’s ok. I had a problem with the vocals on the track. It felt like they didn’t meld together. Plus the bassline made me think they sampled Can You Feel It.
It’s not a bad piece of work, but it didn’t move me as much as it seemingly moved you. I’ll play it a few times though and try it on TheMovement.fm and see if maybe I change my mind.

Anything that sounds similar is a coincidence.
I played this Saturday night at Crobar, and DJ Irene did as well actually. Both times people went absolutely bezerk. When I listen to Paul and ZXX’s tunes, I get a sense they are programming for a packed main room at 2am.
